Software for Home Automation networking

We have two public software collections hosted on sourceforge.net

  • Enviracom is a protocol spoken by a subset of Honeywell thermostats and other HVAC hardware. The enviracom unix daemon is a software project that will support interaction with an enviracom network, and the ability to control HVAC hardware.
  • The therm project supports a daemon and client to collect data from a DS-1820 temperature sensor network. The network comes as a DIY kit from Peter H. Anderson #KIT-1820.
